Bella Equus Stud originated with the purchase of Jaybee Apache as a foal from Jaybee Farm. Apache is Australia's most decorated coloured Warmblood, having won over 30 Supreme Champion ribbons in the show ring and also being the highest placed stallion in the 3/4yr old class at Dressage with the Stars in 2007.

His sire is non other than Achimedes and his dam is the multi supreme royal show winner and advanced dressage mare (palomino), Lawes Elegantwho now resides at Elkington Park Lodge.

Jaybee Apache is the resident stallion at Bella Equus Stud, where they specialise in producing coloured performance horses, Kirsty is thrilled with all of apache's foal's, they are showing a wonderfull easygoing nature with correct movement. Fantastic!!

Bella Equus Stud has the following services available

  • RIDING LESSIONS - Kirsty is a EFA Level 1 Coach in Dressage, Eventing & Showjumping, she is available to instruct riders of all ages and abilities. Kirsty competes in FEI Level Dressage herself so knows what it takes to ride and train at a higher level.

  • STALLION AT STUD - Jaybee Apache is available for breeding from October to Febuary, booking forms are available on the website.

    JK Santa Fe is going to compete in the Small FEI Tour this season, he will also continue his training in the Grand Prix work which was interrupted by EI earler in the year.

    Apache's first crop of foals are now under saddle, Kirsty has retained one and is aiming to compete this youngster at Dressage with the Stars (Vic) in 2009 as a 4yr old.

    Apache has retired from the show ring and finished all his breeding duties for another year, he is now back in full work and looking forward to a year of dressage compition.
